It’s okay to change your mind! If you are not happy with your purchased products please contact us. We will then ask you to return the item to us. You have 28 days since the day you received the parcel to return or exchange the product.
Please note that the item has to be in the same condition you received it with no signs of use. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will refund the money for the product unless; it’s damaged, it’s in bad condition, it has any signs of use or the labels are removed.
